PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent machining jig, when expanding a tubular base body on which net-like struts are formed, in a manufacturing process of a self-expandable stent, capable of arranging the mesh of the struts into a prescribed pattern in the expansion, and to provide a manufacturing process of the self-expandable stent.SOLUTION: The stent machining jig for a self-expandable stent that is manufactured by expanding a tubular base body on which net-like struts are formed, includes one or more recesses for receiving the struts of the base body after the expansion from an outer peripheral side of the base body, or a plurality of protrusions that enter gaps between the struts of the base body after the expansion from the outer peripheral side of the base body. The recesses or the protrusions are disposed in accordance with a prescribed pattern of the mesh of the struts in the self-expandable stent.
