More specifically, the present invention relates to a percutaneous absorption preparation comprising a drug-containing layer comprising an anti-dementia drug, a polymer compound having an amino group, a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester, a polyhydric alcohol, a polyvalent carboxylate ester, and a styrenic polymer compound, wherein the content of the anti-dementia drug is 0.5-20 mass% of the drug-containing layer.
