Problem to be solved: to provide an antibacterial wound coating material in which the wound is prevented from inflammation and the strength of the covering material is strengthened by adding the nano chitin to the antibacterial wound covering material.The antibacterial wound coating material comprises at least a nanochitin, an alkaline earth metal alginate and an antibacterial substance.Nanochitin is tubular and has a size of 10 to 50 nm in diameter and 20 to 200 nm in length.The content of the nanochitin is 0.1 to 5% of the alkaline earth metal alginate.As the manufacturing method, the nanochitin and the alkaline earth metal alginate are mixed at different ratios, and then the antibacterial substance is added, and the resultant mixture is stirred again.Next, the fiber is formed by wet spinning, and finally the nonwoven fabric manufacturing step is performed to obtain the antibacterial wound covering material of the present invention.This provides substantial antimicrobial effects while reducing the fear of wound inflammation.It has a water holding function and enhances the strength of the antimicrobial scratch coating material.Diagram【課題】本発明は、ナノキチンを抗菌創傷被覆材に添加することで、傷口が炎症を防ぐとともに、被覆材の強度を強化した抗菌創傷被覆材を提供する。【解決手段】抗菌創傷被覆材であって、ナノキチン、アルカリ土類金属アルギン酸塩及び抗菌物質を少なくとも含む。ナノキチンは管状であり、直径１０～５０ｎｍ、管長２０～２００ｎｍのサイズを有する。且つ、ナノキチンの含有量はアルカリ土類金属アルギン酸塩の０．１～５％である。製造方法としては、ナノキチンとアルカリ土類金属アルギン酸塩を異なる比率で混合してから抗菌物質を投入し、再び攪拌する。次に、湿式紡糸によって繊維を形成し、最後に不織布製造工程を実行することで本発明の抗菌創傷被覆材を取得する。これによれば、傷口炎症の恐れを低下させつつ、実質的な抗菌効果が備わる。且つ、保水機能を有し、抗菌創傷被覆材の強度が強化される。【選択図】図１
