PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds useful as inhibitors of protein kinase C-theta (PKC-&thetas；) and processes for preparing the compounds, for treatment of an autoimmune disease, an inflammatory disease, a proliferative or hyperproliferative disease or the like associated with activation of PKC-&thetas；.SOLUTION: There are provided compounds represented by N-((4-aminocyclohexyl)methyl)-6-(1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-3-yl)pyridin-2-amine and processes for preparing the pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine compounds.【課題】ＰＫＣ－θの活性化に関係した自己免疫疾患、炎症性疾患または増殖性もしくは過剰増殖性疾患等の治療のための、プロテインキナーゼＣ－シータ（ＰＫＣ－θ）の阻害剤として有用な化合物、及び該化合物の調製方法の提供。【解決手段】Ｎ－（（４－アミノシクロヘキシル）メチル）－６－（１Ｈ－ピラゾロ［３，４－ｂ］ピリジン－３－イル）ピリジン－２－アミンに代表される化合物、及び該ピラゾロ［３，４－ｂ］ピリジン化合物の調整方法の提供。【選択図】なし
