The present invention relates to a traction device for surgery and, more particularly, to a traction device for surgery which expands an incised portion in a state in which the skin is incised for surgery and enables a surgical instrument to easily enter, and has a resilient expanding part formed in a cylindrical shape and by catching the incised portion on a fixing part at the top thereof so that the incised portion is maintained in an expanded state.
