PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irrigation drip emitter.SOLUTION: A drip emitter has a hollow body provided with a first pool 10 and a second pool 50 and with an inlet recess 30 between the first pool 10 and the second pool 50. The inlet recess 30 has one or more inlet holes 35. The emitter is provided with an elastic band 60 surrounding at least one of the inlet holes 35. The elastic band 60 in its closed position is in tight contact with the inlet holes 35.
