PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost of tape-type disposable diapers.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 1 includes a nearly sheet-like body part 2 which has a front part 201, a crotch part 202 and a rear part 203 in the order in the longitudinal direction. A pair of connection parts 4 is attached to both side parts of the rear part and fastened to the external surface of the front part so as to connect both side parts of the rear part to both side parts of the front part. The body part has an absorbent core 22, a top sheet 21 covering the inner surface of the absorbent core, an exterior sheet 24 arranged in an outermost part, and a gather forming part 25. The gather forming part 25 has a plurality of elastic members 251 connected to the exterior sheet in the front part. A large number of gathers are formed in an area overlapped on a front end part 221 of the absorbent core in the exterior sheet whose external surface is formed of a nonwoven fabric, by shrinkage of the plurality of elastic members. As a result of this, the connection parts are fastened to the external surface of the front part while omitting a loop member of a hook-and-loop fastener so as to reduce manufacturing cost of the disposable diapers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】テープタイプの使い捨ておむつの製造コストを削減する。【解決手段】使い捨ておむつ1は、前方部201、股下部202および後方部203を長手方向に順に有する略シート状の本体部2を備える。後方部の両側部には、一対の接続部4が取り付けられ、前方部の外面に止着されることにより、後方部の両側部が前方部の両側部に接続される。本体部は、吸収コア22、吸収コアの内面を覆うトップシート21、最外に配置される外装シート24、および、襞形成部25を有する。襞形成部25は、前方部において外装シートに接合される複数の弾性部材251を有する。複数の弾性部材が収縮することにより、外面が不織布にて形成される外装シートにおいて吸収コアの前方端部221と重なる領域に多数の襞が形成される。これにより、面ファスナのループ部材を省略しつつ接続部を前方部の外面に止着することができ、使い捨ておむつの製造コストが削減される。【選択図】図1
