PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical fastening apparatus having a fastener and a holder system.SOLUTION: In the surgical fastening apparatus including a fastener receiving frame containing a plurality of the openings formed therein so as to leave an interval and a plurality of the surgical fasteners extending from a fastener support member so as to leave an interval, the surgical fasteners can be locked with a plurality of the openings to be fitted with the fastener receiving frame to thereby fix tissue between the surgical fasteners and the fastener receiving frame and can be locked with the openings at a plurality of positions in dependence on the thickness of the tissue between the fastener receiving frame and the fastener support member, and the fastener receiving frame is fixed to the holding structure for the fastener support member and the fastener receiving frame.
