The infant carrier can be provided with: a support unit for supporting the upper body of an infant； a seating unit formed at a lower part of the support unit such that infant&prime；s hip is placed； and a shoulder strap connected to the support unit and fastened to both shoulders of a user. The weight measurement unit may be provided to measure the weight of the infant sitting on the seating unit and transmit information on the weight of the infant through a wireless network.
