PURPOSE: A roaster is provided to roast every kind of grains, vegetables, fruits, dried seafood, coffee beans, green tea leaves, and other tea leaves using one machine.CONSTITUTION: A main body includes a motor (60) and a heater (50) receiving power from outside. A movement control unit controls the temperature and time which are fixed in the main body. A lid (10) opens and closes the upper side of the container. A container (20) is fixed to the main body, and heated by a heater. A dragging prevention pole (23) is attached and fixed to the inside of the container to be protruded. A big rotary blade (21) and a small rotary blade (22) are detachably attached to the bottom surface on the inside of the container. The big rotary blade includes a big rotary blade gathering unit gathering roasting materials from the outside to the inside of the container, and a big rotary blade pushing unit pushing the materials from the inside to the outside and formed to the different angle with the gathering unit. The small rotary blade includes a small rotary blade pushing unit pushing the roasting materials from the inside to the outside.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013큰회전날(21)은 볶음재료를 용기의 외부에서 내부로 모아주는 큰회전날모음부(21-1)와 내부에서 외부로 밀어주는 큰회전날밀기부(21-2)의 두개의 각도로형성되어있으며, 작은회전날(22)은 볶음재료를 내부에서 외부로 밀어주는 작은회전날 밀기부(22-1)의 한개의각도를 형성하고, 볶음재료를 섞어주기위하여 길이가 짦다.끌기방지막대(23)는 큰회전날(21)과 작은회전날(22)이 볶음재료를 밀거나 당기고 뒤섞어주면서 회전 할 때 볶음재료가 회전날과 같이 도는것을 볶음재료의 흐름을 방해하여 큰회전날(21)이 지나갈때 그자리에 남아있게하고, 작은회전날(22)이 와서 끌기방지막대(23)에 의하여 그자리에 남아있는 볶음재료를 뒤섞을수 있도록 해주는 장치이다. 감속모터(60)에서 발생한 회전력을 용기(20)에 거치되어있는 큰회전날과 작은회전날에 모터축을 통하여 회전력을 전달하여 볶음재료를 섞거나, 밀어주고 회전시켜 볶음재료가 고르게 볶이도록 하였다.히터는 층간방열판에 고정되어 용기와 밀착되며, 온도센서를 통하여 제어부에서 전원을 연결하거나 차단하여, 용기에 일정한 온도를 유지하게 구성되어있다.
