Die Erfindung betrifft eine Okklusionsvorrichtung zur Implantation innerhalb eines Aneurysmas (30) mit einer Wandung (10), die von einem komprimierten Zustand in einen expandierten Zustand überführbar ist und zumindest in einem implantierten Zustand einen Hohlraum (11) vollständig umschließt. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Wandung (10) durch zwei Wandungsabschnitte (12, 13) gebildet ist, die durch ein Verbindungselement (14) miteinander gekoppelt und zueinander relativbeweglich sind derart, dass die Größe des Hohlraums (11) variabel ist, wobei zumindest einer der Wandungsabschnitte (12, 13) eine schalenartige Form aufweist und einen anderen der Wandungsabschnitte (12, 13) zumindest im implantierten Zustand abschnittsweise überlappt.
