PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably carry a current to a brush body through a shaft axially reciprocated or reciprocatingly turning around its axis.SOLUTION: This electric-electronic toothbrush includes the shaft 11 supported to be freely reciprocated in the axial direction and a linear vibrating type actuator 2 composed of a movable element block M provided at the shaft, and an electromagnetic block S for axially reciprocating the movable element block and the shaft by applying an alternating current thereto.
