PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send out a care-giver on a right-person-in-the-right-place basis to perform appropriate nursing care for a care-receiver by calculating the priority of necessary care work.SOLUTION: A watch sensor unit 20 includes a care-receiver detection part 23 for detecting a status of a care-receiver, and a sensor communication part 25 for transmitting a result of the detection detected by the care-receiver detection part 23 to a control unit 50. A notification terminal 70 includes an operation part 73 for inputting information on a status of care work of a care-giver, and a terminal communication part 75 for transmitting the status of work input by the operation part 73 to the control unit 50.
