The current disclosure relates to the use of pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical combinations and compositions useful in the treatment of certain types of cancer. The disclosure also relates to methods for treatment of these types of cancer. In particular, the disclosure relates to the inhibition of ERN1 alone and in combination with an inhibitor of a protein of the RAF-MAPK-ERKpathway in the treatment of a KRAS-mutated, BRAF-mutated or NRAS-mutated cancer.La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de combinaisons et de compositions pharmaceutiques utiles dans le traitement de certains types de cancers.
