The present invention relates to a laver dehydrator. More specifically, the present invention relates to a laver dehydrator which performs compression and dehydration, when processing laver, as usual in a step of dehydrating laver, and is composed to make moisture which is included in raw laver and inhaled so as to squeeze moisture from the inside of laver to the maximum. Thus, laver dehydrating time in a step of dehydrating laver is reduced and energy consumed to dehydrate laver is reduced. A laver dehydrator according to the present invention comprises: a fixing frame (10) an elevating frame (20) which is located at the upper part of the fixing frame (10) and is elevated by an elevating means (25) and a cushion member (30) which is attached to the bottom surface of the elevating frame (20) and top end flat surface of the fixing frame (10), and pressurizes and squeezes moisture included in laver. The elevating frame (20) is formed and blocked by the surface of walls in four directions, and a space part (100) is included inside of the surface of walls. One end of a pipe (200) is connected to one side of the space part (100), and an inhaling means for making inhaling force and inhaling inside air of the space part (100) is connected to the other side of the pipe (200).
