The invention relates to technology for producing skin care agents and can be used in medicine and cosmetics. The method ensures that the compositions can be stored for a prolonged period in dry form at room temperature. The method comprises extracting a homogenized starting material of animal or vegetable origin with ethanol at a temperature lower than the temperature of destruction of biologically active substances in the above-mentioned starting material, then removing the residue and evaporating the alcohol and water under a vacuum at the same temperature, resulting in the production of a viscous-flow product concentrate, and intermittently mixing in an acceptable water-soluble, powdery sorbent carrier in an amount sufficient for producing an end product having a moisture content of a maximum of 5.0% by mass. After the product concentrate is mixed with the sorbent carrier, a vitamin/amino acid complex is introduced as a nutrient into the mixture produced, and, as the acceptable water-soluble, powdery sorbent carrier, use is made of inorganic salts, from the crystal hydrates of which the associated water is removed to a remaining moisture content not exceeding 1.5% by mass by means of contact sorption drying of the sorbent carrier in a ball mill, with the following component content: 0.1-5.0% by mass of the concentrate of biologically active substances from the starting material of animal and/or vegetable origin; 1.0-5.0% by mass of the dry vitamin/amino acid complex; with the remainder up to 100% being dry inorganic salts (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium).L'invention concerne la technologie de production de produits de soins de la peau et peut s'utiliser en médecine et en industrie cosmétique.
