The present invention relates to a method for increasing the therapeutic benefit of an antibody to a subject. The improved benefit is typically mediated by an increase in the antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) effect of the antibody. The method comprises (a) administering to said subject an immunotherapeutic composition comprising a component of an immune system checkpoint, or an immunogenic fragment of said component； and (b) also administering said antibody to the subject. The increase in therapeutic benefit to the subject may be in respect of any disease for which the said antibody has a prophylactic or therapeutic effect. The disease may be cancer. The invention also relates to said immunotherapeutic composition and said antibody, and to kits comprising same.La présente invention concerne un procédé pour augmenter le bienfait thérapeutique d'un anticorps sur un sujet.
