The present invention relates to a process for cleaning a wig made of human hairs, capable of maintaining arrangement properties, flexibility, and moisturizing properties of the wig made of human hairs by: removing cuticles of the wig made of human hairs by using a solution in which a predetermined chemical material and water are diluted neutralizing the same with a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and applying a conditioner and heat treatment to the wig. The process for cleaning the wig made of the human hairs comprises: a first process of cleaning the wig with a solution in which water, sodium hypochlorite, and sulfuric acid are mixed a second process of cleaning the wig in a sodium hydroxide solution a third process of cleaning the wig by using a quaternary ammonium compound-based conditioner a fourth process of processing the wig in a heat treatment device and a fifth process of re-cleaning and drying the wig again.
