PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricity medical device with excellent durability, for which the quality of the material of a base material is not easily restricted, and its manufacturing method.
SOLUTION: The medical device 10 includes a tubular base material 11, a primer layer 12 formed on one or both of the outer peripheral surface and inner peripheral surface of the base material 11, and a crosslinked film 13 formed on the surface of the primer layer 12. The primer layer 12 is a layer containing macromolecules having a reactive functional group, and the crosslinked film 13 is a film for which the hydrolysate of the macromolecule having an acid anhydride group and the macromolecule having a polyol structure are crosslinked.
