PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow needle, an appliance with a needle and a medical appliance which can be produced at a low cost, and having low puncture resistance.SOLUTION: A medical needle 1 comprises a blade surface 12 on a tip end of a hollow needle tube 11, and a blade tip 13 on a tip end of the blade surface 12. The medical needle comprises a thick part 14 which is thicker partially on an inner peripheral face side of the needle tube 11. On a cross section obtained by cutting the needle tube 11 so as to include a central axis O of the needle tube 11 and the blade tip 13, a tip 17 of the thick part 14 reaches the blade surface 12 and is positioned between the central axis O of the needle tube 11 and the blade tip 13.
