Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for processing a magnetic resonance image of an object including a first material and a second material through a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus by using multi-parameter mapping (magnetic resonance fingerprinting). According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: an RF control unit applying a plurality of RF pulses to the object a data acquisition unit under-sampling first and second magnetic resonance signals and an imaging processing unit configured to determine a property value for the first and second materials.
