PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily extract a white matter lesion from a FLAIR image with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An information processing device 1 includes a separation processing part 19 for separating a first area including a cerebral ventricle and white matter from a T2 image of a subject, a conversion parameter calculation part 25 for calculating a conversion function for converting the T2 image of the subject into a standard brain, a mask image conversion part 29 for converting a mask image for excluding a cerebral ventricle in the standard brain by using an inverse function of the conversion function into a mask image for excluding the cerebral ventricle in an individual brain of the subject, a white matter extraction part 33 for extracting a second area including white matter with the cerebral ventricle excluded from a FLAIR image of the subject on the basis of the first area and the mask image of the subject, and a feature area extraction part 37 for extracting a white matter lesion from the second area.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
