The present invention provides methods and devices for removal of tissue, blood clots and liquids from the patient that are located inside or outside of the patients endovascular system using vibrational energy. One or more therapeutic agents or bubbles/microbubbles may be delivered to the treatment location to further facilitate the removal process.
