The present invention provides a diaper structure with wireless transmission function, which includes: a main body, at least one wireless transmission member and a wireless signal generator. The main body includes an inner layer, an absorption layer and a waterproof surface layer. The waterproof surface layer and the inner layer are made of synthetic fiber. The wireless transmission member is made of metal fiber and is formed into the waterproof surface layer or the inner layer in a needle-rolled and uninterrupted manner. The wireless signal generator is mounted on a mounting area of the main body, and the wireless signal generator has a connection portion corresponding to the wireless transmission member. When the wireless signal generator senses the presence of urine, the wireless signal generator transmits a signal through the wireless transmission member.
