PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a palatable processed egg having a new texture composed of textures different from part to part.SOLUTION: A processed egg 10 includes a skin 11 mainly composed of egg and an internal phase 12 composed of a mixture of a plurality of raw materials, wrapped in the skin 11. The processed egg 10 has an approximately disk shape with a diameter d of 5 cm or more and 15 cm or less and a thickness t of 0.5 cm or more and 3 cm or less.
