The leg gathers are longer than the crotch stretch unit in the product longitudinal direction L, and are provided at an outer side from the crotch stretch unit in the product widthwise direction. A low stretch region having a lower ratio of expansion and contraction than the crotch stretch unit is formed between the leg gathers and the crotch stretch unit.
