The present disclosure provides a method for carbon dioxide bubbles combined with ultrasound to assist skin absorption, which is for assisting an animal skin to absorb active ingredients. The method includes the following steps: providing a carbon dioxide external preparation, which includes a first formula and a second formula providing a mixing step to mix the first formula and the second formula so as to form a mixture to produce a plurality of carbon dioxide bubbles on the animal skin and using an ultrasound device to generate an ultrasound wave to excite the carbon dioxide bubbles to allow the carbon dioxide bubbles to oscillate or burst under ultrasound exposure.
