Drive Mechanisnn of a Drug Delivery Device The present invention relates to a drive mechanism of a drug delivery device for dispensing of a dose of a medicament, the mechanism comprising: - a housing (30) extending in an axial direction (1, 2), - a piston rod (90) to operably engage with a piston (16) of a cartridge (14) to displace the piston (16) in an axial distal direction (1 ), a last dose sleeve (100) rotatably supported in the housing (30) and being selectively engageable with a dose setting mechanism for setting of a dose, - a last dose member (105) threadedly engaged to the housing (30), rotatably locked to the last dose sleeve (100) and axially displaceable relative to the last dose sleeve (100).La présente invention concerne un mécanisme d'entraînement pour dispositif d'administration de médicament chargé de distribuer une dose de médicament. Ledit mécanisme comprend : un boîtier (30) s'étendant dans une direction axiale (1, 2), une tige de piston (90) destinée à venir fonctionnellement en prise avec un piston (16) d'une cartouche (14) afin de déplacer le piston (16) dans une direction axiale distale (1), une bague de dernière dose (100) maintenue en rotation dans le boîtier (30) et pouvant venir sélectivement en prise avec un mécanisme de réglage de dose dans le but de régler une dose, un élément de dernière dose (105) couplé par vissage au boîtier (30), bloqué en rotation par rapport à la bague de dernière dose (100) et mobile axialement par rapport à ladite bague (100).
