PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multispecific Fab fusion protein and a method for using the same.SOLUTION: A multispecific Fab fusion protein (MSFP) that includes an antibody Fab fragment having both N-terminals fused to a fusion portion (fusion portion A or B) contains a Fab fragment exhibiting a markedly reduced binding capability to the Fab target of the Fab fragment. The binding of the Fab to the target is recovered when the MSFP forms an agglomerate on a cell surface via binding of the fusion portion to the target.
