PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image diagnosing apparatus, referring to an image including a lesion region by simple operation.SOLUTION: A system control device 401 adds a lesion flag 111 to the effect that a lesion region is included to an image information header part 110 of a tomographic image or an analyzed image and stores the same in a storage device 404 according to an instruction operation from an operating device 8. In performing image reference application, a scanogram image 150 of a subject 6 as a diagnostic reading object is displayed to determine whether or not an image with the lesion flag 111 exists in the images (tomographic images or analyzed images) of the subject 6. When the lesion flag 111 exists, a lesion line 710 indicating the slice position of the image is displayed on the scanogram image 150.
