PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic apparatus in which medical images stored in the medical image diagnostic apparatus are properly passed to desired devices so as to update the storage of medical images in the devices.SOLUTION: The medical image diagnostic apparatus includes a communication history storage part, a transmission condition storage part, and a processing part. The communication history storage part stores a history of transmitting a medical image to a device. The transmission condition storage part preliminarily stores the transmission condition in response to the device to which the medical image is transmitted and the kind of the medical image.
