The present invention relates to a holder for easy fastening of a cutting tool, the holder including: a holder case into which a motor of the cutting tool is inserted to the rear side thereof a first pressing chuck which is inserted into the front side of the cutting tool and has cutting units formed along circumferences of cylindrical tubes on opposite sides thereof to perform pressing and of which the rear side is screw-coupled to a cylindrical groove on the front side of the holder case such that a sleeve of the cutting tool inserted through an elastically deformed rear cylindrical tube is fixed a first pressing nut which inserts the sleeve of the cutting tool into the cylindrical tube on the front side of the first pressing chuck and of which the front side is screw-coupled to the cylindrical groove on the rear side of the first pressing nut such that the sleeve inserted through the elastically-deformed cylindrical tube on the front side thereof is fixed a handle which is connected to a central lower end of the holder case a second pressing nut which is inserted into the rear side of the handle and a second pressing chuck which is inserted into the second pressing nut, has a cutting unit formed along a circumference of the cylindrical tube on the front side thereof to perform pressing, and is screw-coupled to the cylindrical groove on the rear side of the second pressing nut such that the handle inserted through the front elastically-deformed cylindrical tube is fixed.
