A less muscle analyzing and health evaluating system and method to improve the one’s health comprises a host computer, a server or a computer terminal, personal basic physical data measuring devices, sarcopenia evaluating equipment and improving physical health apparatus. The server provides for user to login the user’s account and do a plurality of tests about personal basic physical status and sarcopenia analyzing. An application program generates an examining report including muscle strength improving suggestion for user to refer. The physical health apparatus will record the date and usage, exercise intensity, exercise items, and strengthen the site the personal data table in the database on the host computer. The sarcopenia analysis and improvement program will also regularly track and update the reports so that users can understand the degree of improvement.一種肌少健康評估系統及其預防改善方法包含主機以供使用者 以個人身份利用讀卡機登錄於一帳戶，一肌少分析及預防改善程式；一個人基本數據量測設備、一肌少狀況評估設備及一肌力改善設備。使用者可以利用讀卡機登入於任一肌力改善設備，運動後，主機上資料庫中的個人資料表會記錄使用日期時間，運動強度、運動項目，加強部位。肌少狀況分析及預防改善程式還會定期追蹤及更新評估報告以讓使用者了解改善程度。
