The present invention relates to an X-ray imaging apparatus which has an improved structure of a rotation unit in order to prevent the generation of a blind spot at which an X-ray generating unit does not rotate. The X-ray imaging apparatus provided by an embodiment of the present invention includes: the X-ray generating unit which generates and radiates X-ray； an X-ray detecting unit which detects the X-ray which is radiated from the X-ray generating unit； and a rotation unit for rotating the X-ray generating unit. The rotation unit includes: a rotation frame which is combined with one side of the X-ray generating unit； a protrusion part which protrudes from one side of the rotation unit； and a stopper which stops the rotation of the rotation frame by being in contact with the protrusion part and is arranged to move a predetermined section.
