To provide a tissue adhesive application tool capable of suppressing inhibition of discharge of a liquid medicine discharge part.SOLUTION: A tissue adhesive application tool comprises: a plurality of liquid medicine circulation paths (a liquid medicine circulation pipe 3, a liquid medicine circulation pipe 4, a discharge pipe 40) in which a liquid medicine is circulated； and a gas circulation path (2ac) in which a gas is circulated, the gas is used for mixing the liquid medicines discharged from the plurality of liquid medicine circulation paths. Each of the plurality of liquid medicine circulation paths comprises on a tip end part thereof, a liquid medicine discharge part (40) for discharging a liquid medicine, the gas circulation path (2ac) has a gas ejection part (2h) for injecting a gas to the liquid medicine discharged from the liquid medicine discharge part (40) for spraying and mixing the liquid medicines, on a tip end part of the gas circulation path. The liquid medicine discharge part (40) has a peripheral wall (40a) for defining a discharge direction of the liquid medicine.
