According to the embodiments, an Mo collimator having a laminate structure formed by laminating sheets with a thickness of 0.02 to 0.3 mm, is provided. The Mo sheets are provided with multiple holes with short sides or diameters of 0.1 to 1.0 mm. Each hole forms a through-hole from the top surface to the bottom surface of the laminate.
