PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional oily bar cosmetic that, even if the oily bar cosmetic is leaved to stand, the oily bar cosmetic is released out from a container (released out from a middle dish of the container), resulting in damage in usability and appearance and reduction in product value due to releasing out of the oily bar cosmetic from the container.SOLUTION: The inventors of the present application find that an oily bar cosmetic which would not be released out from a container is obtained without reduction in formability and feeling in use by combination of the following features (a) to (c) through discussion taking the above mentioned matter into account.
