1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a bile acid sequestrant formed by wet granulation and at least one pharmaceutical excipient, wherein the composition is free of reduced sugar. ! 2. The composition according to claim 1, additionally containing an additional agent selected from biguanide, sulfonylurea, thiazolidinedione, dipeptidyl peptidase IV inhibitor, alpha glucosidase inhibitor, meglitinides, fibrates and statins. ! 3. The composition according to claim 1, where the sequestrant of bile acids is selected from the group consisting of wheel magnam, cholestyramine, colestipol, sevelamer and colestimide. ! 4. The composition according to claim 3, which is in the form of granules, tablets or capsules. ! 5. The composition according to claim 1, in which the sequestrant of bile acids is an alkyl crosslinked polymer. ! 6. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a spinner formed by wet granulation together with at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, wherein the particles of spinel are spherical or globular in shape. ! 7. The composition according to claim 6, in which the wheel loader is present in an amount in the range from about 50% to about 85%, based on the weight of the total composition. ! 8. The composition according to claim 6, which contains no more than 90 wt.% Hydrated wheel lovelam. ! 9. The composition according to claim 7 or claim 8, which is free from restored sugars. ! 10. The composition according to claim 9, where the composition is in the form of granules, tablets or capsules. ! 11.
