CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin whitening or anti-wrinkling contains 0.00001-15.0 wt% of Citrullus Vulgaris inner skin extract as an active ingredient. The composition additionally contains (-)epigallocatechin-3-gallate and Houttuynia cordata extract as an active ingredient. The composition contains 0.00001-15.0 wt% of the active ingredient. The cosmetic composition also contains an antioxidant, solubilizing agent, vitamin, pigment, and perfume. The composition is manufactured in the form of a solution, suspension, emulsion, paste, gel, cream, lotion, soap, surfactant-containing cleansing, oil, powder foundation, emulsion foundation, wax foundation, spray, or cosmetic pack.
