A surgical device is disclosed. The surgical device comprises a housing, a cutting element, a spool, a piston, and a spring. The cutting element extends from the housing at the distal end of the housing. The cutting element comprises an outer cannula and an inner cannula. The spool is engaged with the outer cannula. The piston is engaged with the inner cannula. A spring is positioned between the spool and the piston. The spool is translated distally to translate the outer cannula towards the distal end. And the piston translates the inner cannula towards the distal end to sever tissue.La présente invention concerne un dispositif chirurgical. Le dispositif chirurgical comporte un boîtier, un élément dincision, un rouleau, un piston, et un ressort. Lélément dincision sétend depuis le boîtier, au niveau de lextrémité distale du boîtier. Lélément dincision comporte une canule externe et une canule interne. Le rouleau est en prise avec la canule externe. Le piston est en prise avec la canule interne. Un ressort est positionné entre le rouleau et le piston. Le rouleau subit un mouvement de translation distale pour imposer un mouvement de translation à la canule externe vers lextrémité distale. Et le piston impose un mouvement de translation à la canule interne vers lextrémité distale pour inciser le tissu.
