PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic image processing program and an ultrasonic image processing device capable of extracting a blood vessel region where an ultrasonic contrast medium flows with less erroneous determination even when an affected part moves.SOLUTION: A computer functions as an ultrasonic image processing device 1 when an ultrasonic image processing program is executed by the computer.
