The present invention is to provide a roll type bandage for a wound, which includes a body (70) wherein a spirally wound bandage (10) is mounted a fixing part (60) to fix and rotate a central part of the bandage (10) at an inner side of the body (70) and a cutting part (40) formed at a lateral side of the body (70). A medicine coating part (30) is coated with medicine such as a disinfectant or a wound healing medicine on an inner surface of the band (10) in a longitudinal direction, and the bandage includes an adhesive part (20) that is formed on both sides of the medicine coating part (30). According to the present invention, since the roll type bandage is entirely covered with cloth, a patient does not feel pain when the bandage is separated from the skin ventilation is excellent so that a user&primes hand does not become wrinkled and a bandage mark is not left too conspicuously, making it look not so aesthetically displeasing. Further, in the present invention, not only can the bandage be newly replaced to allow reuse of the tape body, thereby protecting the natural environment, but also, peeling of a wrapper is made unnecessary, thus producing no waste. Since the bandage is in large quantity and the case design may be selected, the range of selection is expanded. Additionally, the present invention has excellent utilization of space as adhesive parts are located only at both ends and the present invention can be used immediately in urgent circumstances. Particularly, the adhesive part is small to allow adhesion of a relatively reduced amount of dust, which greatly facilitates the management of the present invention. Since the adhesive part can be detached in a desired amount according to the size of the wounded area, the entire wounded area is covered with a coating part, thus providing efficiency.
