The present invention provides a sterilizing method using a sterilizer, comprising: introducing a container which is filled with contents into a steam chamber inner space； exhausting residual air in the inner space of the steam chamber by an air exhaust part and introducing steam into the inner space of the steam chamber from an air supply part； adjusting a pressure of the inner space of the steam chamber to a predetermined pressure； maintaining the pressure of the inner space of the steam chamber； and sterilizing the contents.本發明提供一種使用滅菌裝置之滅菌方法，包含將填充有內容物之容器引入至蒸汽腔室之內部空間中；經由排氣部件將該蒸汽腔室之內部空間中之殘餘空氣排出及從供氣部件將蒸汽引入至該蒸汽腔室之內部空間中；將該蒸汽腔室之內部空間的壓力調整到預定壓力；保持該蒸汽腔室之內部空間的壓力；以及使該內容物進行滅菌。
