Remove the liquid from the balloon and the Fogarty catheter after healing of the anastomosis defect. Через отверстие в дренажной трубке, расположенное на расстоянии 3-4 см от кожи, под контролем фиброэзофагогастроскопии, проводят катетер Фогарти. Конец катетера с баллоном выводят за конец дренажной трубки в свищевой ход так, чтобы баллон катетера располагался на расстоянии 0,5-1,0 см от дефекта анастомоза. Раздувают баллон катетера, обтурируя свищевой ход. Края свища свободно смыкаются. Положение катетера контролируют каждые 5-7 дней в течение 2-3 недель. Удаляют после заживления дефекта в анастомозе жидкость из баллона и сам катетер Фогарти. Через 2-3 дня удаляют дренаж.
