PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute safely and easily a muscle strength recovery movement of a handicapped person or an aged person having deteriorated grasping force by mounting of a glove body capable of weight adjustment by a weight chip.SOLUTION: An exercise assisting tool is constituted as follows. A plurality of pockets 20 for holding a weight tip 25 in the enterably/drawably stored state are formed on a portion positioned from a finger root joint part to a wrist joint part on the back 12 of a glove body 11. A slit part 16 for facilitating insertion into/drawing from the glove body 11 of fingers and a hand is provided near a wrist insertion part 15 on the palm 13 side of the glove body 11.
