The present invention relates to a feed additive composition including Lactobacillus plantarum J-135 which is lactobacillus newly separated and identified from a nature system, Saccharomyces cerevisiae DAE-4 which is mycete, and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens PBS-17 which is bacteria； a novel microbe which can be included in the composition； fermented fodder including the composition； a method for breeding livestock by using the fermented fodder； and a method for manufacturing the fermented fodder. By using the composition for the feed addition or probiotic of the present invention, the pollution of harmful microorganisms for livestock feed can be prevented, and storage properties can be improved by preventing the decomposition of the fermented fodder. The feed additive composition can be widely used for the more effective livestock breeding.본 발명은 자연계에서 새로이 분리동정된 유산균인 락토바실러스 플랜타럼 J-135(Lactobacillus plantarum J-135), 진균인 사카로마이세스 세레비지애 DAE-4(Saccharomyces cerevisiae DAE-4) 및 세균인 바실러스 아밀로리퀴페시언스 PBS-17(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens PBS-17)를 포함하는 사료첨가용 조성물, 상기 조성물에 포함될 수 있는 신규한 미생물, 상기 조성물을 포함하는 발효사료, 상기 발효사료를 이용한 가축의 사육방법 및 상기 발효사료의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 사료첨가용 조성물 또는 생균제를 이용하면 가축사료에 대한 유해균의 오염을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 발효사료의 부패를 방지하여 저장성을 향상시킬 수 있으므로, 보다 효과적인 가축사육에 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
