Cosmetic composition comprises: in a medium, (i) one or more reaction products (A) of (a) one or more oxirane or oxetane compounds comprising at least two oxirane or oxetane groups, and (b) one or more aminosilane compounds of formula (N(H)(R1)R2Si(OR3) 3 a - b - c(OR4) a(R5Si(OR6) d(R7) e) bR8 c) (I)； (ii) one or more fixing polymer comprising anionic-, cationic-, amphoteric-, and/or nonionic fixing polymers； and (iii) one or more solvents having a dielectric constant of greater than 15 and less than 100, at 20[deg] C.
