The present invention relates to an electronic float for fishing, which has a water-proof inner chamber formed by connecting both cases (110), and an upper channel and a lower channel (111,112) having a fishing line (190) passing therethrough. The water-proof inner chamber made of the cases (110) comprises: a control unit (120) detecting a fish signal to automatically control operation of an external terminal, a driving unit (140), an automatic hookset unit (160) and an alarm unit (170)； a driving unit (140) having a rotational means (141) and a first magnetic panel (142) which is formed on one lateral surface thereof to arrange a plurality of magnets in a shape of a circle； a submerged compartment (150) blocked from the water-proof inner chamber at one side of the driving unit (140) and communicating with the upper and lower channels (111,112) for a fishing line (190) to pass therethrough； and an automatic hookset unit (160) having a second magnetic panel (161) mounted on the inside of the submerged compartment (150) to arrange a plurality of magnets in a shape of a circle on one lateral surface facing the first magnetic panel (142), and a hookset drum (162) joined to the other lateral surface of the second magnetic panel (161) to wind up the fishing line (190).
