The health information analysis system includes a saliva analysis chip, a controller and a memory. The bristles are arranged in the toothbrush head. The bristles are used to adsorb saliva and make the saliva contact with the saliva analysis chip. The saliva analysis chip is arranged in the inner of the toothbrush head. The saliva analysis chip is linked to the bristles and faces the bristles. The saliva analysis chip includes a capillary electrophoresis system and a mass spectrometer. The saliva analysis chip is used to detect and analysis saliva so as to get an analysis data. A range of health parameters is saved in the memory. The controller is used to receive the analysis data, save the analysis data in the memory, and compare the analysis data with a range of health parameter to determine whether the user is healthy.
