PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions for improving fatigue capable of obtaining a higher fatigue-improving effect than conventional one, and pharmaceuticals or foods or drinks containing the compositions for improving fatigue.SOLUTION: The composition for improving fatigue contains imidazole dipeptide and edible silicon. Further, it may contain L-phenylalanine, tryptophan, and tyrosine.
